Most of these I already do, but not regularly. I want to be more disciplined about all of them.
  1. Stretch and breathe deeply every morning.
    I am one with the force and the force is with me.
  2. Write every day.
    Every. Day.
  3. Run every other day.
    3 miles, give or take.
  4. Hike at least twice a week.
    Starting with 5 miles and working up.
  5. Plan more adventures.
    Near or far, big or small, expensive or free—but no sitting home every weekend!
