My 2017 New Year's Resolutions
Most of these I already do, but not regularly. I want to be more disciplined about all of them.
- •Stretch and breathe deeply every morning.I am one with the force and the force is with me.
- •Write every day.Every. Day.
- •Run every other day.3 miles, give or take.
- •Hike at least twice a week.Starting with 5 miles and working up.
- •Plan more adventures.Near or far, big or small, expensive or free—but no sitting home every weekend!
