- •Eating food with actual nutritional value
- •Saying no to social invitations when I'd rather just order food and read
- •Calling my grandparentsI love them with my whole heart but I hate talking on the phone.
- •Putting my phone away
- •Getting enough sleep
- •Turning off the tv at night at a reasonable timeare you really even enjoying episode 4 at 11:50 pm? Turn it off and go get your book.
- •Putting my work away after 7pmAm I even achieving anything after that, unless it's a designated work night and everything is quiet? No. Almost never.
