1. what if _______ died?
Then I think out the full scenario, funeral and all, and legit cry myself to sleep. The next day I am overly paranoid about said person's well-being.
  2. what if I died?
Not nearly as much crying but still emotionally damaging. My mom throws a tasteful service, and my brother-in-law forces everyone to listen to the song he wrote to mark the occasion. He accompanies himself on acoustic guitar. No one claps, and he gets mad until he remembers that he just performed at my funeral, and people don't clap at funerals.
