My Present Fitness Level
- •This is my "after" picture.
- •Just allotting an extra 10-12 days to get to my car.
- •Technically, "arms day" is tomorrow. But, I'll make an exception. I'll reply to your comment. 😘
- •Very similar to when I get into "beast mode".
- •When I play with my niece.
- •I do push-ups once a decade. Keeps me toned - but not bulky. Ya know what I mean ?
