My Present Fitness Level

  1. This is my "after" picture.
  2. Just allotting an extra 10-12 days to get to my car.
  3. Technically, "arms day" is tomorrow. But, I'll make an exception. I'll reply to your comment. 😘
  4. Very similar to when I get into "beast mode".
  5. When I play with my niece.
  6. I do push-ups once a decade. Keeps me toned - but not bulky. Ya know what I mean ?
