Like John Oliver said, the stress/pain is coming in waves. I am doing a few things to stay sane.
  1. Listening to a lot of music
    New music, because it doesn't carry any baggage. I can just enjoy it.
  2. Gardening
    Bringing more color and life to our home.
  3. Smiling and waving to strangers.
  4. Putting up Christmas lights
    Working on a peace sign for my front lawn
  5. Reading about those who are feeling as I am, and also not letting it get to them
  6. Hold on to your principles, and stay informed
