    An international bestseller, millions of reads have found it to be an invaluable guide to living an artists life. With the basic principle that creative expression is the natural direction of life, you'll go on a 12 week program to recover your creativity from a variety of blocks, including limiting beliefs, fear, self-sabotage, jealousy, guilt, addictions, and other forces, replacing them with artistic confidence and creativity.   3. The Artist's Way Morning Pages Journal by Julia Cameron (supplemental to The Artist's Way)
    This is supplemental to "The Artist's Way." Morning pages force through creative blocks by making it a habit to create something new every morning.
