Why I only use the Li.st app and Instagram and how it saved my mental health.
- •I have a lot of mental health disorders. It's a stigma I'm proud to break. Because I see a psychologist and psychiatrist regularly to keep stable.
- •But one thing I learned was that Facebook, and other forms of social media was really effecting my mental stability.
- •So I deleted it. I found this app while watching a Chelsea Handler episode of her new talk show.
- •So now I keep two social apps Li.st of course. Because it's wonderful and funny.
- •And Instagram because I have a Newfoundland dog and a wonderful community there who also all own that breed specific dog and help one another.
- •Social media apps can be good. But it's your choice on who you follow, what you see, and how you use them.
