1. I have a lot of mental health disorders. It's a stigma I'm proud to break. Because I see a psychologist and psychiatrist regularly to keep stable.
  2. But one thing I learned was that Facebook, and other forms of social media was really effecting my mental stability.
  3. So I deleted it. I found this app while watching a Chelsea Handler episode of her new talk show.
  4. So now I keep two social apps Li.st of course. Because it's wonderful and funny.
  5. And Instagram because I have a Newfoundland dog and a wonderful community there who also all own that breed specific dog and help one another.
  6. Social media apps can be good. But it's your choice on who you follow, what you see, and how you use them.
