You know... THOSE moments. You're looking around to see if anyone's watching you cry because you're so overly attached to the story and the characters. When they win, you win sorta response. I'm such a sucker for tearing up in moments like these, I've come to own it.
  1. "Hey Dad... You want to have a catch?" - Field of Dreams
The culmination of everything we saw in this movie all summed up in one moment. Baseball gets me nostalgic and father and son stories more so.
  2. "Fievel!" "Mama! Papa! Tanya!" - An American Tail
Any scene where Fievel is reunited with his family gets me. Maybe it's the music (a la James Horner's masterful work) or its that father-son element, but you can just feel the emotions.

  1. Newsboys- Boys will be Boyz
I was 6 years old and this was my first real favorite band. I knew all of the songs by heart and even the dance moves from the video.
  2. Matchbox 20- Yourself or Someone like you
Growing up, we didn't listen to a whole lot besides Christian music. For some reason, this album was the first foray into "secular" mainstream music. My brothers friends had it and we would listen to it at their house. I remember thinking how cool it was that there was a track called "Damn".
  3. Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head
Hearing "Clocks" for the first time was like hearing music for the first time. It was unlike anything I've ever heard before. The whole album had this sort of elevated feel to it, like it was breaking the norm of everything I've heard before and I just wanted more. I attribute my lean towards more different/ non-traditional music taste to this album.

  1. Firecracker shrimp from Duffy's.
I had ordered this appetizer before, but didn't realize how great it was until last night.
  2. Michael W. smith from the early 90's.
The face swap filter was new on Snapchat and yeah so what.
  3. Copy of GQ that sits next to my toilet
The cover alone has inspired me for a couple projects already, so it stays.

  1. Matt Damon
I think Matt Damon has the quality of a Tom Hanks. He just lights up the screen. Great sense of humor and likability.
  2. George Clooney
Again, likability. Plus extra points if he is in a comedy, like Burn After Reading or any Coen bros movie.
  3. Dustin Hoffman
    You wanna argue this?

  1. Last Man on earth
  2. Curb your enthusiasm
I'm a creature of habit (sort of) so when visiting a restaurant, I'm always gonna look for similar dishes and/or appetizers.
  1. Anything close to the Chicken Brian from Carabbas (pasta with butter cream sauce & chicken with sun-dried tomatoes)
  2. Southwest egg rolls
    Those things are the best
  3. Boneless buffalo wings
I'm always on the hunt for a good boneless wing

If given the choice of eating out or eating at home, I'll choose out. I hate cooking.
  1. Moe's Southwest Grill
Steak burrito. Rice. Queso. Black beans. Pico. Sour cream. Jalapeños. Done. I enjoy eating here at least once a week. Mostly alone.
  2. Cheesecake Factory
You can only call it a favorite of you order the same thing every time right? Pasta DaVinci, easy. I can't seem to eat anything else there!
  1. A copy of E.T. on DVD from FYE $30
You better be sure I went straight home and watched it. I cried hearing the main theme play over the disc menu.
  2. A pair of Tiger Asics shoes from Journeys $80
$80 for shoes. Gimme a friggin break. My dog ended up chewing out the sole.
  3. That Mad Men complete box set collection Blu-ray $120
It came with 2 whiskey glasses and coasters. I'm a sucker for paraphernalia. But it's a damn good show!
  4. A Peter Pan Pop! Vinyl figurine $80
It was discontinued before I even knew what a POP! Figure was and clearly my addiction got the best of me. If they ever release it, I'll lose it.
