WAYS THAT I TELL MY BODY I LOVE IT

  1. I clean it for extra long after a hard day
    Aka flossing!
  2. I put lots of moisturizing things on it to keep it soft
  3. I let it stretch the way it wants when it wakes up in the morning
  4. I feed it extra honey in my tea
  5. I water it often
  6. I don't let people I don't like touch it
  7. I try to listen to it when it tells me to stop moving
  8. I rub its feet for fun
  9. I let it rest for hopefully at least 8 hours every night
  10. I whisper sweet nothings to it when no one is looking
