WHAT TO COOK WHEN DOING #WHOLE30

Challenged to come up with inspiration for what to cook over 30 days while doing Whole30? Here's my list of go-to dishes.

    Oxtail stew with tomatoes, grilled onions, beef stock

    Sautéed shrimp

    Salad with prosciutto and avocado

    Sausages, sauerkraut, and mushroom

    Rack of lamb
    Season rack with salt, pepper, Rosemary, thyme, paprika. Sear on both sides in a pan on high. Bake in oven for 18-20 min at 400 degrees for medium rare. Remove and let rest for 10 min.
