  2. Duolingo.
  3. Write the few, to dos.
    Write in planner the top things I must do tomorrow.
  4. Gratefulness+journaling.
    5 things I'm grateful. And write anything else on my mind so I won't fret about it.
  5. Meditate.
  6. Sleep.
