  1. Stop. Just stop. Stop walking, stop thinking, don't move.
  2. Watch Netflix
    Because Netflix is the cure for everything
  3. Breathe. Don't stop doing that.
  4. Move on. Try doing something else that requires less patience.
  5. And, if you can, sleep.
  6. Possibly try doing one of the zen colouring things. ✔️
