Hungry for Change Challenge Week 5

Notes on eliminating sugar, processed foods, and meats. I now find myself looking at labels unconsciously, and putting down things with lots of sugar, artificial flavor, or other bad things. I've had a few cravings but they wane quickly.
  1. Coffee for water
  2. Coffee: A- (but wait!)
    I've been entirely too caffeinated. One cup of coffee has 65-175 mg of caffeine. I'm guilty of having around 6 cups a day. I don't need to do the math to figure out that is way too much caffeine.
  3. Water: A
    It's water.
  4. I'm not planning on giving up coffee entirely. A little coffee here and there is okay. I've already been weening myself off of this. I now can't consume about one cup of coffee a week. I've got more energy, my skin looks better, and I'm all around healthier.
