Eat ONLY this until February!
  1. Eat 4 Meals per Day with Beans, Lentils, Lean Meat Proteins, Eggs, and Green Vegetables
  2. Drink 8 Glasses of Water, 4 with Lemon Juice
  3. Drink Tea, Coffee, and Water, with some Cinnamon
  4. Eat a meal within 30 Minutes of Waking up
  5. Eat a FATTY meal on Saturday starting at lunch and ending at bedtime, includes fatty and starchy foods, with some alcohol
  6. Take Green Tea Extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, aged Garlic, Policosanol, B Complex, Vitamin C, Calcium/Magnesium, ChromeMate. Take 1 Day off on Tuesday and 1 week off every 2 Months.
  7. Sleep between 7 and 9 Hours per day
