1. Watch a movie in a theatre- don't watch Netflix. You may never return.
  2. Listen to music or a podcast while walking around an unfamiliar neighbourhood.
  3. Talk to the friend who loves most to hear their own voice.
  4. Make a complicated and elaborate meal.
  5. Take a bath and listen to Liz Phair (this also cures period cramps)
  6. Embrace it, undulate in it. Sometimes it can be kind of great.
