HEALTHY ANGER

I get rage and anger confused, and I don't have many examples of healthy anger. These are some healthy things I do when I'm feeling angry, and I'd like to know what you do too.
  1. Write it down
    Seriously I love in White Chicks when she angrily threatens to write a letter. Same. Same.
  2. Exercise
    This is a very rare occasion but usually in the form of dance or rollerblading
  3. Talk
    Seems so simple but is actually super hard
  4. Cry
  5. If there's something I can't express without hurting someone, I write it down, then burn the paper.
    Sounds hokey but it really is cathartic. I've done it with letters, with journal entries, with emotional poems, etc. very freeing!
