  3. Yes. Fatty Nuts. Unsalted, mostly raw. Personal favorites: pine nuts, walnuts, macadamia, Brazil nuts, pecans.
  4. Yes. Fresh organic whole eggs ( mostly from local farms).
  5. Yes. Fresh full cream local fermented organic dairy. With no more than 5 days shelf life. Personal favorites: Russian kefir, tvorog, sour cream.
  6. No. Any kind of processed sugar and anything with it. Any. Brown, coconut or whatever.
  7. No. Processed products with any kind of grain, gluten or no gluten. Personal favorites: steamed or boiled rice (wild or brown), buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth
  8. No. High Carb (Sugar natural or not) drinks. Fresh fruit juices including.
  9. No. Foods with fake anything. Sugars, fats (lack of where it's supposed to be), ingredients I don't recognize, ingredients not derived from whole foods.
