- •Yes. Fatty Nuts. Unsalted, mostly raw. Personal favorites: pine nuts, walnuts, macadamia, Brazil nuts, pecans.

- •Yes. Fresh full cream local fermented organic dairy. With no more than 5 days shelf life. Personal favorites: Russian kefir, tvorog, sour cream.
- •No. Any kind of processed sugar and anything with it. Any. Brown, coconut or whatever.
- •No. Processed products with any kind of grain, gluten or no gluten. Personal favorites: steamed or boiled rice (wild or brown), buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth
- •No. High Carb (Sugar natural or not) drinks. Fresh fruit juices including.
- •No. Foods with fake anything. Sugars, fats (lack of where it's supposed to be), ingredients I don't recognize, ingredients not derived from whole foods.
