    I know that a stretch session could loosen my tight muscles and yet I constantly forget to do this.

    Get feelings out, cause they aren't doing me any favors all bottled up.
  4. Think happy thoughts.
    I usually fail when I get on MUNI and someone shoves me.
  5. Eat balanced meals.
    Some days I succumb to Taco Bell, other days I actually eat veggies.
