How I'm spending Father's Day

  1. No father, and my man is spending the day with his, so..
I made myself a mini cheese plate and poured some raspberry sparkling water..
  2. I'm going to take the paddle board for a spin, with a friend..
One of my old pics, but it will look the same!
  3. Start this book⤵️
  4. Make some homemade chorizo for tacos..
Not my photo, but I did already grind the pork..(the man will be home for dinner)😋
  5. Post a picture of what you're doing today♥️
  6. Waiting for people to leave so I can take my Father's Day nap.

  8. Finishing up the mini flower border I planted yesterday.
Need some redwood bark to hold in the moisture while the plants are getting established. One more trip to the garden store!

  9. Today's paddle..
And bc I wanted this picture and I'm an idiot for not taking my waterproof iPhone case (bc I'm too lazy to find it) THIS⬆️
  10. Equals THIS⬇️
I had to dive down and grab my phone that I'd dropped🙄🙄🙄before it hit bottom where I couldn't reach it, then swim after my board/paddle while holding it up in the air😑the sound isn't working, so hoping the rice will bring it back to life. It was about 5 feet under for a solid 5 to 10 seconds, so 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
  11. I'm tired now and I need a snack!
    😋😋😋
  12. Traveling from Prague to Vienna
We sent our Father's Day cards before we left the country. Quite frankly, my dad leaves a lot to be desired, so I'm feeling relieved that I don't have to talk to him today.

  13. On visiting my parents we learned that my father had had a BB gun hidden in the house for years. "Why didn't you ever tell us?" we yelled, but we already knew the answer—my brother, sister and I would have been constantly ambushing and shooting each other.
