WHAT I ATE TODAY

  1. I work eight hours straight, so I eat when I get a chance!
    No one over here is starving. Believe me.
  2. And, I am shamelessly plugging all of these brands, because if you don't know about them, you should! You're welcome😉
    And my own pics at the bottom!! Practicing my skillz, just in case I ever start that blog I've been taking about😜
  3. 6:30 a.m.
    A cup of tea, swapped out for my normal cup of coffee. Feeling meh, so this sounded better today.
  4. 6:55 a.m./7:55a.m.
    Two slices Dave's Killer Bread, toasted, with natural crunchy peanut butter😋Had a meeting this morning, so ate one before and one after.
  5. 10 a.m.
    Leftover brown rice with some homemade coconut curry sauce from four days ago. Still delicious!
  6. 12:00 p.m.
    Leftover homemade chili verde, only warmed halfway through, because my patient came early.
  7. 3:30p.m.
    Small handful trail mix. I love this stuff!
  8. 6 p.m.
    Chicken and black bean tostadas. (I make A LOT of Mexican food!) And a glass of red wine🍷🌮
  9. They're SO, SO easy!
    Just throw some boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a heavy pot and add a jar of your favorite salsa! Add some salt, cumin and coriander (or a handful of cilantro!), bring to a boil~no added liquid~and then cover and cook on low for an hour, or until it falls apart!
  10. And, if you like hot sauce, this is from Portland, OR and it's one of my favorites! You can buy it online..
    I have a serious condiment fetish😳
