The first list was somewhat useful
  1. Stop saying yes to things you know you probably won't enjoy
    I constantly find myself in places or with people I don't actually want to be in the midst of. Even though I know I'd rather be alone sometimes, I always find myself saying yes to plans and regretting it. It's okay to be less social.
  2. Stop putting off important things (like billing for work) for things you probably won't enjoy doing
    I keep missing important things like finishing work at the office for shit that isn't important
  3. Stop treating your job like it's your whole life
    Remember that it's okay to not be excellent and not be the best. It stresses you out a lot. It's okay to slack.
