Daily Routine to Avoid Anxiety

  1. Wake up at 5:30 AM
  2. Go to the gym
    Die a little
  3. Leave at 8
  4. Go to class
    Die
  5. Eat a salad for lunch
    Definitely die
  6. Go to gym at 4 PM
    Die a little more
  7. Oh Jason says it's leg day!
    Die a thousand deaths
  8. Leave gym at 7
  9. Eat dinner
  10. By this time I am completely numb of any emotions because I am so tired
  11. Sleep
    By this point I am already dead so this comes easily
