MIDTERMS 101

  1. Sleep as much as you possibly can, NO ALL-NIGHTERS, unless you really have to
  2. Chew gum, helps in focusing and remembering
  3. Try eating fruits and juices instead of junk food
  4. DON'T PROCRASTINATE
  5. Take a test at a time, instead of cramming it all together
  6. Breath.Relax. You got this
  7. Always have in mind that after that week everything will go back to normal and you can watch Netflix again!
