1. Set an alarm to tell you when to go to bed, not just when to get up
  2. Do the most important things first
  3. Block off rest days/holidays and guard them with your life
  4. Read daily - at least twenty minutes
  5. Exercise daily - even if it's only a five minute walk
  6. Meditate daily - and do it in the morning
  7. Don't sleep with a smart phone or table within reach
  8. Put your alarm clock across the room, so you need to physically get up in order to turn it off
  9. Make other people happy
  10. Make sure your daily activity is related to your long term purpose & goals
  11. Stop buying paper books, if they are available on kindle
