How you lose precious daylight hours
  1. Wakes up feeling all good and refreshed, picks up phone and checks time - oh it's only 11am. Let's make up for some lost sleep. Goes back to sleep
  2. Wakes up again at 2pm. Mmmmm I'm feeling so good cuddled under these sheets in such great weather. Let's nap for another 20minutes.
  3. Wakes up at 4pm. Mmmmm it still feels sooooo good. Ok ok, just 5minutes more
  4. Wakes up at 5pm.
