I'm not a big regretter, but the temporary consequences are real
  1. Watched Super Tuesday results instead of studying
    What am I left with? More homework tomorrow.
  2. Drank an 8pm coffee.
    Feeling weird still at 2am
  3. Told my mom I was depressed
    All it does is make her worry about me and I end up calling her the next day pretending to be completely fixed.
