1. Give yourself a little extra time to get up by setting your alarm 5 minutes early
  2. Remember you can take a nap later!
  3. After 5 minutes immediately sit up! Laying down for longer than you should makes it harder on you AND your bed

  4. Think about all the good things that will happen today!
