HOW TO GET OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING
- •Give yourself a little extra time to get up by setting your alarm 5 minutes early
- •Remember you can take a nap later!
- •After 5 minutes immediately sit up! Laying down for longer than you should makes it harder on you AND your bedI know you and your bed are best friends
- •Think about all the good things that will happen today!For example, I'm getting pizza for dinner with my friends tonight and then going to a costume store and I'm pumped
