Photos On My Phone That Accurately Depict My Aesthetic

I'm a house flipper, design consultant, and real estate investor so I have a lot of this stuff on my phone.
  1. This is my actual backyard so it represents exactly what I like.
  2. Inspiration for a renovation I did last spring.
  3. A kitchen I'm doing right now. (In progress)
  4. A tepee in the Tetons from last summer. Linear and symmetrical.
  5. A winery in Carmel Valley that I'll use as inspiration for a project someday.
  6. The wood windows at Il Fornaio
  7. Gold hoops and black yoga pants are my wardrobe choice most days. This is Hearst Castle
  8. A rusted wall inside the SF Exploratorium.
  9. A quick flip I did last spring. Only 678 sq ft but one of my all time favorites.
  10. Loved this wallpaper in my favorite lighting store. I want to paint a ceiling in that dark navy too.
  11. Next summer. Fireplace. Backyard. Love this one!
  12. In my kitchen. They make me smile.
  13. My hometown opera house. I love brick.
