THINGS I'VE TRIED TO IMPROVE MY SLEEP

I've struggled with insomnia since I was young. It's better now but certainly not gone. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, and am a very light sleeper. Methods ranked on a scale from 1 (ineffective) to 5 (slept like a baby). You'll notice the absence of 5s. Please share your sleep secrets with me!

  18. Waking up my dad (4)
    When I was younger and couldn't sleep I'd wake up my dad. He would make me cinnamon toast and talk. In retrospect, it wasn't very nice to do to someone who also suffered from insomnia and had to make 💵💰
