Books I Have Read More Than Once

  1. Ella Enchanted, by Gail Carson Levine
Okay, the movie was definitely not what I wanted from an adaptation of this book (though the casting was pretty spot on), BUT, I have read this book so many times, I've legitimately lost count.
  2. Harry Potter (series), by JK Rowling
Though a relatively obvious mention, I couldn't possibly leave this series off my list.
  3. Sloppy Firsts (the Jessica Darling series), by Megan McCafferty
These books helped me get through the whole high school/college transition thing. I grew up with Jessica, rooted for (and sometimes against) her, and re-reading the series as a grown adult was even better.
  4. Rot & Ruin (series), by Jonathan Maberry
This is one of the best takes on the z-pocalypse out there.
  5. Allison Hewitt is Trapped, by Madeleine Roux
Strong female lead, fast-paced plot, interesting characters...oh, and zombies. Obvi.
  6. Hyperbole and a Half, by Allie Brosh
It's hilarious and great and surprisingly real and relatable.
