3 WAYS TO REMIX TURKEY AND LEFTOVERS

From thanksgiving...
  1. 1.
TURKEY RAMEN - check out my video I made for it below:
http://youtu.be/MerupFdgAUk Make a thick gelatinous turkey stock, cook some noodles, add slice scallions, soy sauce, chills, ginger, nori, fish powder, and a soft cooked egg. So yummy. Oh yeah, and of course some shredded dark meat turkey.
  2. 2.
    NON-BEEF LEFTOVER BURGER
give all the non-starch leftovers a rough chop. Add mashed potatoes and 1 egg to a bowl. Add all chopped stuff. I used Brussels, green bean casserole, turkey and carrots. Form the mixture into patties, sauté on one side like a crab cake and then put in the oven. Cook in the oven until crispy and hot. Put on a bun. EAT
  3. 3.
    BBQ PULLED TURKEY
works great with fried birds, but you can add some chopped bacon to it for smoky flavor if you have a traditional turkey. I eat mine on a sandwich with pickles. And coleslaw. So good. So so good.
