  2. belligerent
    from Latin: he who wages war (bellum, war; gero, to wage)
  3. vodka
    from Russian, водка: вода ("voda," water) + suffix "ка" ("ka," little thing); vodka = "little water"
  4. androgyny
    from Greek: anēr (man, genitive "andros") + gynē (woman) — "androgynos"
