1. The past month or two, I've come to list all to write and get all my feelings out.
  2. It has been a cathartic experience. It's helped me get through anxious moments and helped distract me from intrusive thoughts
  3. I need to do this more than anything lately. And I haven't been able to
  4. I open the app. And I can't find anything to write about
  5. I try. I stop
  6. I want to so badly
  7. But I just can't do it.
  8. I've got so much on my mind that I want to stop thinking about.
  9. The things on my mind are probably not a huge deal. I just need to talk/write it out
  10. I hope I can soon.
  11. I might explode if not
