I kinda made it up because we had a bag of cauliflower and a big block of Gouda from Costco to finish. Thanks for asking Rose.
  1. Roast cauliflower
    Olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 350 until tender but not all the way cooked.
  2. Let that cool
    I did it the day before cuz it wasn't gonna last another day.
  3. Add your dairy to an oven safe pot
    Whatever ya got works. I had sour cream and some half and half from when the family was in town.
  4. Put in roasted cauliflower
    Add more pepper cuz there is a lot of heavy dairy.
  5. Chop lots of smoked Gouda
    Add most to the pot;eat some cuz it is good.
  6. Once melted, add bread crumbs
    Slide it into the oven until bread crumbs are brown.
  7. Eat that and enjoy
    Then fall into a food coma.
