I FEEL BETTER WHEN

  1. I am able to fit in at least 5 days of exercise a week.
  2. When I'm not stressed about money.
  3. I am into a good book.
  4. I feel in control of at least one aspect of my life.
  5. My entire house is clean.

  7. I can't even say that with a straight face.
  8. My entire house hasn't been COMPLETELY overcome with clutter.
  9. I have things on my calendar that I'm looking forward to.
  10. But not TOO many things. I need my down time.
  11. Nobody talks to me before I've had a cup of coffee and some Alone Time.
  12. I get to bed early.
  13. I'm not rushing.
  14. Other people aren't keeping me waiting needlessly.
  15. A few things have been crossed off my to-do list.
  16. I'm not hungry.
  17. I haven't spent too much time online. 😳
  18. My kids have been outside.
  19. There aren't any big, scary unknowns.
  20. I have a plan.
  21. I don't wake up to find out we've elected a sexist, racist blowhard as president.
