  1. Cook 3/4 lb any noodles you want (spaghetti, soba, whatever)
    Just make according to package directions
  2. Whisk together: 1/3 c soy sauce (or tamari), 3 tblsp mirin, 3 tblsp sesame oil
    In a big bowl
  3. When noodles are cooked, drain then add to the big bowl of sauce and mix
    Let cool for at least 10 mins
  4. Add some chopped scallions and sesame seeds
  5. Really good with any chopped veg, tofu, or add some chicken!
