- •Cook 3/4 lb any noodles you want (spaghetti, soba, whatever)Just make according to package directions
- •Whisk together: 1/3 c soy sauce (or tamari), 3 tblsp mirin, 3 tblsp sesame oilIn a big bowl
- •When noodles are cooked, drain then add to the big bowl of sauce and mixLet cool for at least 10 mins
- •Add some chopped scallions and sesame seeds
- •Really good with any chopped veg, tofu, or add some chicken!
