  3. Piece of string cheese 8am
  4. 1 hard boiled egg 830 am
  5. 1 hard boiled egg 10am
  6. 1 watermelon choibani yogurt 1030am
  7. 1 breath mint 11am
  8. 1 special K strawberry meal bar 1230pm
  9. 2 pieces of ham lunch meat 2pm
  10. 1 piece of sliced chedder 2pm
  11. Several pieces of lettuce and red and yellow peppers dipped in hummus 215pm
  12. Taco bell meximelt 230pm
  13. Package of store bought guacamole with organic corn chips 5pm
  14. Dinner: rockfish, sliced baked potatoes, broccoli - 7pm
  15. 5 gyoza rolls from a japanese restaurant. 1 spicy tuna roll. 8pm
  16. Yogurt and toppings at sweet frog 9pm
  17. It took all that for me to not be hungry but now its 930 and I'm oh so tired.
