    When you have anxiety your body goes into survival mode, meaning I am constantly tense.

    Following the physiological theme, I have no need for food anymore! Or so my body thinks.

    No sleep
    In Anxiety Death Land, sleep gets you killed. In the real world it is refreshing and beautiful.

    I'm the worst
    I make bad jokes, I'm dumb, I can't do anything right, I can't get anything done, and I'm always making bad decisions.

    Everyone is lying
    All the people in my life, from the cashier at the grocery store to my best friend, is deceiving me. They don't really want to talk to me and they probably don't even care.

    Sitting around in a tense ball without food or rest or friends really takes a hit entertainment-wise.

    No tears
    The worst part is that no matter how hungry, frustrated, or tired you get, you can't even cry because that means you let your guard down.

    Time is an illusion
    It drags on forever, you are constantly stuck in this anxious mode forever until you die.

    Because you don't even have the mental energy for real anger.
