Vanilla & Orange Cranberry Cake with Sugared Cranberries
It's a pretty easy cake to make and it always impresses with the sugared cranberries. Plus it looks really holiday-esque. http://www.eatthelove.com/2015/12/vanilla-orange-cranberry-cake/

    Strawberry Pretzel Jello Dessert
Because it is law (at least at every church potluck I went to growing up) that there be at least 1 jello dish at a potluck and this is the classiest. But all jello salads are welcome too.

    Pavlova, cream and fruit
It's a pretty standard Aus/NZ dessert and I made it for Christmas Eve dinner. There's still a tiny slice leftover. :) http://allrecipes.com/recipe/12126/easy-pavlova/
