1. Get some colourful carrots and slice em
  2. Put them in a casserole
  3. Add figs or dates or both why not?
  4. Pine nuts.
  5. Sprinkle some thyme, pink salt, and fresh ground pepper
  6. Pour some olive oil on that. Pour half as much truffle oil on THAT.
  7. Throw (don't throw) it in the oven at 400
  8. Cook until carrots are soft not soft. I would imagine it's the exact same amount of time it would take your fingers to get gross from a bath.
  9. Take it out of the oven after burning the top of your mouth on a caramelized date
  10. Put a handful of arugula and some cherry tomatoes on a plate
  11. Put the carrots on that. Whatever you do DONT CALL THIS A SALAD
  12. Top it off with some fresh mint
  13. Eat your carrots
