  1. Today I am on my 2nd day of antibiotics for a nasty sinus infection.

    Sinus infections do not have a motivating effect. At all.
  2. Woke up at 9:30AM, ate a piece of deli chicken, and took an antibiotic.

    Drank water, blew my nose about 20 times, went back to bed.
  3. Woke the hub at 11AM.
    He's been feeling a bit under too.
  4. Slept, listened to podcasts, till 2PM. Reluctantly got out of bed.

  5. Pulled with coconut oil.

  6. Put some coconut oil in coffee.

    No butter, though.
  7. Drank a pint of water with one tbsp apple cider vinegar and pinches of cinnamon, ginger, clove, and nutmeg.
  8. Drank hot water with lemon juice and olive oil.

  9. Thought about doing yoga.
    Decided I'm still too sick.
  10. Watched Top Chef Masters and ate an avocado and a bit of leftover pot roast topped with zhoug.
  11. Cleaned kitchen a bit while watching.
  12. Exhausted again by 4:30PM.
  13. Retired to bedroom and fold and put away clean laundry while watching Gilmore Girls.
