I just hate the word "resolutions." Feeling resolute is not the most pleasant state of mind. I prefer to be intentional instead.
  1. Maintain a steady weight of no more than 132 lbs- forever.
  2. Read 50 books.
  3. Have a smile and a compliment ready for whomever I might meet.
  4. Plant a thriving kitchen herb garden.
  5. Write a bit of my book everyday.
  6. As often as possible, buy nothing new and avoid fast fashion.
  7. Play piano, at least half an hour a day.
