Intentions for 2016
I just hate the word "resolutions." Feeling resolute is not the most pleasant state of mind. I prefer to be intentional instead.
- •Maintain a steady weight of no more than 132 lbs- forever.
- •Read 50 books.
- •Have a smile and a compliment ready for whomever I might meet.
- •Plant a thriving kitchen herb garden.
- •Write a bit of my book everyday.
- •As often as possible, buy nothing new and avoid fast fashion.
- •Play piano, at least half an hour a day.
