1. Put raw, local, honey on my face and leave it there for a few minutes
  2. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to my coffee
  3. Drink a pint of warm water with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and a pinch each of ginger, cloves, and cinnamon
  4. Hold an ice cube to the nape of my neck for 15-20 minutes
  5. Drink hot water with lemon juice and a tablespoon of olive oil
