Favorite Albums (round 1)

  1. 1.
    The Singles Collection - No Doubt (1992 - 2003)
A bunch of these songs came out before I was even born but I've come to appreciate this band thanks to my parents' music taste.
  2. 2.
By The Way - Red Hot Chili Peppers (2002)
This album brings me to a special place. RHCP forever! (This is their best album in my opinion)
  3. 3.
    Graduation - Kanye West (2007)
People always get hate and are accused of being bandwagoners for saying this is their favorite Kanye album but I don't give a fuck this album is fantastic.
  4. 4.
What Did You Think Was Going To Happen? - 2AM Club (2010)
I can safely say that this is my favorite band of all time, so I've definitely jammed out to this album hundreds of times.
  5. 5.
Channel Orange - Frank Ocean (2012)
No words. Four years later and still no words. This album is in my top three for sure.
  6. 6.
    Flume - Flume (2012)
    All about the relaxing vibes.
  7. 7.
    Moon Tower - 2AM Club (2013)
2AM Club's last full length work unfortunately but this album takes me to late nights in southern California. Just read the description on the album!
  8. 8.
    Born Sinner - J Cole (2013)
I can take the hate. This is the best J Cole album.
  9. 9.
Sail Out - Jhene Aiko (2013)
This is better than her latest album, so much darker and creepier but that's how I like music sometimes.
  10. 10.
because the internet - Childish Gambino (2013)
This album is in my top 3 because it's an experience. The intermediate songs between the traditional length ones create a story and a complete work. It's amazing.
  11. 11.
    These Things Happen - G-Eazy (2014)
Very introspective and selfish at the same time. He may seem like a rapper who spits typical money fame and hoes, but he's more than that on this album.
  12. 12.
    East Hollywood - Marc E. Bassy (2015)
I have other albums I want to place on this list, but they're too recent. This album is the exception because I've loved him since 2012 and this album makes me so happy.
