  1. Moving every day.
    Gym, walk around the block, anything.
  2. Taking my meds at the same time daily.
    It's harder than it sounds.
  3. Sticking to my improved diet.
    Lean protein, heck of a lot more veggies, and little to no sweets.
  4. Accepting what I can't change.
    Trying not to fix my grandmothers lack of care about her health, or my mothers alcoholic tendencies.
  5. Reading more books and less articles
    Magazines, tablet, phone down!
