- •Moving every day.Gym, walk around the block, anything.
- •Taking my meds at the same time daily.It's harder than it sounds.
- •Sticking to my improved diet.Lean protein, heck of a lot more veggies, and little to no sweets.
- •Accepting what I can't change.Trying not to fix my grandmothers lack of care about her health, or my mothers alcoholic tendencies.
- •Reading more books and less articlesMagazines, tablet, phone down!
