1. For those of you following my health and fitness journey, just an update to tell you that I have lost 9 pounds during the month of May!
  2. It's a slow start but I'm just so happy that I lost any weight at all!
  3. It feels really good to know that my hard work has paid off.
  4. I am now moving on from already planned meals and snacks, to making my own menu.
  5. I was nervous at first because I didn't want to mess up and ruin my progress this far, but it's been easier than I thought!
  6. I'm excited to keep on this path and see what June brings.
  7. I couldn't be more appreciative of the support of everyone on li.st that has been sending me kind words and positive thoughts. Y'all have been keeping me going!
