Things I discovered about myself on my birthday

This summer has been rough due to my continuous mental health problems. Being the centre of attention today is not helping... These are some things I've learnt
  1. I need my mother to at least be in the same time zone as me
  2. Actually plan something because the people around you are amazing and will plan a surprise. Being the centre of a surprise stresses you out
  3. I have the funniest cousin in the world and I love her so much ❤️
  4. Mental health is a bitch
  5. Don't cancel on your friends cause you 'feel sick' today is the one day you can't use that excuse
  6. I feel alone even though I'm surrounded by people and that really sucks
