To me, happiness is...

    Friends.
    Who mutually support you, care for you and are honest, trustworthy and accepting.

    Expression.
    Whether you like to draw, paint, write, design, whatever... Finding a healthy outlet to express yourself is key!

    Being yourself.
    There is only one of you in the world and being in your body is the best and only place to be.

    Letting things go.
    Don't be bitter, don't hold on to things that hurt you. Just be like Elsa and let it go.

    Stopping to smell the roses.
    Enjoy everything life has to offer you.

    Accepting yourself.
    Every scar, every mark, freckle, beauty spot, etc. Is a part of you. Change what you want to change and accept what you can't change.

    Being a positive person.
    Being positive is a practice that many of us wish we had mastered. Once you do, you'll enjoy life a heck of a lot more.

    Not comparing yourself to other people.
    Just because someone else is beautiful, that doesn't take away from your own beauty or self worth.

    Stop scrolling through your Instagram feed feeling sorry that you aren't doing anything in the world. Get out there! Explore! Check out events near you.

    Being optimistic.
