Things That Happen When I'm Stressed About School

Usually this stuff only happens during finals week, but we're less than a month into this semester and it's already happening.
  1. Clenching my jaw
    This is completely unconscious and it's the worst. My jaw always hurts and it takes like 2 weeks to break the habit once I realize it's happening.
  2. Insomnia
    I can take naps with no problem, but ask me to fall asleep for the night and it takes me hours.
  3. Eating constantly
    It's totally a comfort thing. It's not a healthy habit, and I wish I had the strength to break it.
  4. Stomach butterflies
    You know the butterflies you get when you like someone? I get those while sitting in class waiting for my professor to hand out the tests. It's this weird excited anxious feeling.
