MORNING ROUTINE COMBO
Super important to me to have a set morning routine that starts the day off on a strong note. Here's what i generally try to do:
- 1.5 minute journal
- 2.Read news from Nuzzel and Economist app. Sometimes WSJ.
- 3.Meditate 5-10 min
- 4.Review goals in my head
- 5.Gym - there's just something about showing up to the gym in the morning that changes the whole day.
- 7.Write (i've been failing at this recently)
- 8.Day starts
