MORNING ROUTINE COMBO

Super important to me to have a set morning routine that starts the day off on a strong note. Here's what i generally try to do:

    5 minute journal
  2. 2.
    Read news from Nuzzel and Economist app. Sometimes WSJ.
  3. 3.
    Meditate 5-10 min
  4. 4.
    Review goals in my head
  5. 5.
    Gym - there's just something about showing up to the gym in the morning that changes the whole day.
  6. 6.
    Smoothie
  7. 7.
    Write (i've been failing at this recently)
  8. 8.
    Day starts
